We have a great space coming available at the creative community of Brooklyn Fire Proof on our 4th floor. Unit has a high tin ceiling and is in an extremely secure and well looked after building just a couple blocks from the Morgan L, complete with a mail room for tenants and slop sinks at both ends of every floor. The natural light in the unit is perfect for painters, photographers, or manufacturers.

PLEASE NOTE that these spaces can only accommodate artists, manufacturing, or office scenarios; we CANNOT provide space for retail due to inspection/code restrictions. So unfortunately NO dance studios, gyms, yoga studios, tattoo studios, hair salons, or chiropractors. Beauty technicians are ALSO considered retail, so we can't provide for that. PLEASE NOTE these are not store-front units and are NOT live/work. These units also unfortunately can't accommodate sound recording or mixing.
