We are offering a bright and spacious artist studio located on the top floor, providing excellent natural light ideal for painting. The space is completely empty, equipped with heating, lighting, and new PVC windows. Please note that there is no cooling system installed.

Exclusively for Individual Painters:

To maintain a focused artistic environment, we are accepting only painters. The space offers the possibility of sharing with other individual painters if desired.

Quiet Workspace:

The use of noise-producing devices is prohibited to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all artists. Bringing guests and overnight stays are not allowed.

Access and Amenities:

24/7 Access: You can enter and exit the studio at any time, providing flexibility for your creative schedule.

Shared Facilities: A communal sink and toilet are available on the same floor, shared with several other painters occupying neighboring studios.

Freight Elevator: A freight elevator is available for moving large items under the supervision of authorized personnel. It is not intended for everyday use.

Connectivity: There is no Wi-Fi provided. Each artist is responsible for arranging their own internet service if needed.

I am an artist who has had the pleasure of working in this beautiful studio for the past two years. I’m assisting my landlord in finding a responsible, dedicated artist to be the next occupant of this unique space. This studio has provided me with an incredible environment to create freely, surrounded by like-minded artists who share the floor with me.
