We are an artist/writer couple who've been living in this lovely apartment for several years. We'll be going to Athens, Greece from January - August for study and work.

We're looking for a responsible, professional, clean subletter who appreciates a well cared for sanctuary in the heart of downtown and is happy to water the plants, take in the mail, and communicate regularly.

The apartment is a wonderful place for contemplation and creative work, with a superintendent on hand to fix any issues. Neighbors are families and professionals. No pets, no smoking, no parties.
