Hi! I'm subletting my one-bedroom apartment in Bushwick while I'm visiting family. It's on the fourth/top floor of a new building, and has an elevator.

It's fairly large for a one-bedroom, and a full kitchen is available (though no dishwasher at the moment). Queen size bed and has a desk and monitor you can feel free to work from.

It's two blocks away from both the M and L trains, includes Fios 5G internet and central heat/AC. You can also use any of the subscriptions (Apple TV, Hulu, Max, Disney Plus, Peacock) on the Roku for the TV.

It's a quiet building on a busy street with a gym, restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. About four blocks away from Maria Hernandez Park.
