Looking for someone to take over our 2BR apartment for July and August in Bushwick, off of the Dekalb ave L train. 1 floor walk up, with beautiful light and laundry in the basement. Various cafes, restaurants, art spaces and a park are around the corner, a short walk away.

The rent is $3850 / month. The apartment has a shared kitchen and living room with a large television and couch. The bedrooms are on either side of the apartment so it works well for privacy. The rooms are spacious, with mirrors / desks / chairs / plants / art / closet space.

One of us is doing an MFA in fiction, and the other is in an MFA program in filmmaking. Both of us are creatives, writers and artists.
