I'm looking for someone (or couple!) to rent my bright & cozy apartment while I'm away. Located in UES, a 10-minute walk to central park & the Met & 5ish minutes to Whole Foods, the neighborhood is quiet with loads of restaurants and bars to visit. You're also right between the 4,5,6 & Q trains which makes getting anywhere else in the city easy.

- True 1 bedroom with queen bed (also super quiet with blackout curtains)
- Spacious and plant-filled living room (complete with an extra murphy bed!)
- A kitchen made for cooking

A few things to note:
- There is no laundry in the building, but there's a laundromat right across the street
- This unit is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building
- Utilities are included in the listing price!

**Preference will be made for those looking for a longer stay, but also can be flexible about the dates**
