My loft is 850 sqf - very minimal and has everything you need.
All new designer furniture and a super comfortable new king size bed all from parachute, on a custom soft bed frame ☁️

Includes: Walk-in closet.
Bathroom with a tub and a shower filter. Washer and dryer.
AC + humidifier.
100" screen with a projector for tv and films.

A stand up desk with a very comfortable chair for work and a super wide 49 inch monitor for you to use with a laptop if needed. (very expensive set up for productive/comfortable work sessions)

Located in the clean area of downtown near Crypto Arena.
Very close distance to almost everything you need for food and grocery.
Driving is pretty nice if you wanna go west or east, almost everything is not too far since it's pretty central. I can easily go to the beach in 25mins on early mornings.
You can also take the train which a couple of blocks away from 2 stations. One shot to Santa Monica beach on the expo line for $2.

Very quiet building and never hear any noise from outside nor next-door neighbors. You will hear bunch of birds, i even have a bird feeder :)

It's very cozy and comfortable for anyone who is single or with a partner coming to live in LA for few months and possibly work from home or be out and explore.

Dates are flexible depending on interest. Also open for daily/weekly rent just message me regardless.
RATES ARE : $3,400/month - $950/week - $160/day
+$150 cleaning fee on check-out.
If you have a dog there is an extra $50 cleaning fee.

$150 a month for parking spot for your car if you need one.

I also rent my Tesla Y if you need one which comes with a free charging in the building and parking included ;)

I'm an Architect/designer been living in LA for 14 years. This space is my home and I have taken well care of it and made it a great place to zone out and relax.
During this time I will be gone to Spain to take care of some legal paper work.

Would love to have someone to enjoy my place and take care of it as we will be in touch when needed.
