Located in UES, a 10-minute walk to central park & the Met & 5ish minutes to Whole Foods, the neighborhood is quiet with loads of restaurants and bars to visit. You're also right between the 4,5,6 & Q trains which makes getting anywhere else in the city easy.

It's perfect for one person or a couple. I'm looking for someone who is quiet and doesn't have any pets. Utilities are included in the rent (electric, wifi, water). I've been in the space for over five years and it's cherished, so I'm looking for someone who will respect it as if it were their own.

- True 1 bedroom with queen bed (also super quiet with blackout curtains)
- Spacious and plant-filled living room (complete with an extra murphy bed!)
- A kitchen made for cooking
- Since it's my home, you'll have the amenities you need like wifi, towels, fully equipped kitchen, and closet space

A few things to note:
- There is no laundry in the building, but there's a laundromat right across the street
- This unit is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building

**Preference will be made for those looking for a longer stay, but also can be flexible about the dates**
