Hi! I am traveling for three weeks in May and am looking for a responsible individual or couple to share my home with while I am away. I have a large kitchen that is equipped with all the cooking essentials, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The large bedroom has a king size bed and the small bedroom has a full size bed but it used as an office. Bathroom has a shower and tub and I also have AC/ceiling fans. The apartment sits away from the street so it's mostly quiet and private. I have a shared backyard with an avocado tree and nice seating.
I live walking distance to Echo Park Avenue, Sunset Blvd, and Elysian Park. All essentials are within walking distance.
A couple of notes: I have a Subaru Outback that I am open to renting to you pending clean driving record and insurance. I also have a really sweet cat named Edie and I would be open to renting the space heavily discounted if you are interested in watching her! Otherwise she will stay with my friend but for anyone who is allergic to cats this space may not be a good fit!
My return dates might be flexible depending on interest.

I am a young professional who works from home and has been living in Echo Park for 4 years. This apartment is really special to me and I have put a lot of care into making a comfortable space. The space is clean and neat but comfortable and clearly lived in. I clean my floors on a weekly basis and am open to negotiating costs for professional cleaning before and after the sublet. I cook a lot so I have tons of cooking equipment. I like try my best to live a bio-based life so most of my cleaning products are natural and minimize plastic use. My neighbors are all really friendly and we all look out for each others packages etc.
