Hi there, I’m a 29 year-old young professional looking for someone to sublet my bright, fully furnished private bedroom (with a private roof terrace!) in an ideal lower Greenpoint Brooklyn apartment - rent is $1950/month, with utilities/wifi included. Dates are fairly flexible but I'm looking for a minimum of 1.5 - 2 months stay so please let me know what timeline you have in mind. The newly built apartment has a furnished living room/kitchen, central AC/heat, and is in a wonderful neighborhood less than 5 minutes from Nassau and Greenpoint subway lines. The apartment is on a quiet residential and tree-lined street, walking distance from McCarren Park and cute Greenpoint coffee shops/restaurants/bars!

The 2-story duplex apartment unit is a true 3 bedroom/2 bath and is shared with my two female roommates, both easygoing and respectful young professionals.
