I’ve always loved this apartment, and now I’m looking to sublet it for the remainder of my lease until May 31st or find someone to take over the lease and enjoy it as much as I have. The apartment is available immediately through May 31, 2025, with the option to sign a new lease after that. Flexible on timing, but a one-month minimum stay is required. The apartment is NOT furnished.
