I own this place and rent it for short/mid-term travellers that either come to visit or work in Paris, or come to settle and need their first place to stay before finding their long-term apartment.

Available weekly: $1000 / week
Available monthly: $3300 / month
+ $60 cleaning fee for short term rentals (< 1 month)
+ difference of utilities bill if above $120 for long term rentals (> 1 month)
