I would like to sublet my very nice (old building, high walls, parquet) fully furnished apartment for 2,5 months (Mid March until End May).

- 4-room apartment with 1300sqft. in the heart of Neukölln (Sonnenallee/Wildenbruchstr.), 6min walking distance to the canal, well connected to public transportation
- South-facing, many windows (inc. bay window) make the apartment very bright
- Large rooms connected by high double doors with stucco and beautiful parquet flooring
- Special interior design elements such as kitchen worktops made of real red oak wood
- Fully equipped with modern appliances
- Stove/oven: gas
- Bathroom with shower/bathtub
- Balcony available
- Various supermarkets in walking distance

Specials:
- A large tent on a platform with 8 m2 mattress area makes the room, which has been named "Oasis", perfect for relaxing
- Most rooms have various ambient lighting options

- 3m long dining table
- Fast internet and various work settings (incl. kneeling chair, high table,...) make the apartment very suitable for home office

I love my space. Created it with much care. I'm in Brazil for some time and hence subletting it for 2,5 months. I would love to find someone who values it & takes care of my plants :)
