It's a very relaxing space.
Freshly renovated, with light wood parquet floors, a new modern bathroom, kitchen, and all new appliances.
The apartment opens into an open plan floor, which includes the kitchen, dining, and lounge space. Lots of natural light from windows and sky light. The main bedroom has a king bed (very comfortable) and two large windows and a large wardrobe space. There is a small room connected to this room, which contains my daughter's bunk beds and toys. For small kids 7 and under. If you don't have kids, this room can be closed for your stay.
The wet room bathroom is large, high ceilings, underfloor heating, and new brass shower fixtures.
Kitchen includes, a dishwasher, microwave, 5 burner oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, new fridge and 22 inch sink.
There is another room connected to the living room it can be set up as a queen bedroom or an office.
The apartment includes a ceiling fan.
This is the top floor apartment of a 3-unit building.
I am the owner of the building and there are 2 other apartments in the building.
It is in a great location, between Vanderbilt Ave and Underhill Ave.
Vanderbilt Ave is a Brooklyn destination neighborhood, with amazing restaurants, bars, a fish store, butchers, wine shops, supermarkets, bookshops, 2 ice cream shops, coffee shops, and just lots of gems to explore and enjoy!
My apartment is 8 min walk to Prospect Park, Central Brooklyn Library, Grand Central Farmers Market, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Zoo is not far either.
Nearest subways are the B, Q lines on 7th Ave and C on Clinton / Washington Ave.
Please note both bedrooms have mattresses on the floor, no bedframes. They are Keetsa mattresses so very comfortable.
No TV, I have a projector, with the usual streaming services.
Maximum 2 adults per stay. It would suit a small family or a single mature adult. No pets, sorry.
