Bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. Move-in date is flexible. This is a lease takeover, with lease ending June 31, 2025. Option to renew at that time. Rent increase last year was $100 total ($50 each person), so I don't expect a large raise in rent this time around either. Option to keep any of the furniture in the room as well!

Location: Apartment is right off of Franklin Avenue, which is super lively with tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Franklin Ave - Medgar Evers College 2, 3, 4, 5 train stop, and less than 5 minutes walk to the Brooklyn Shuttle stop which goes between Prospect Park and Clinton Hill. The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Brooklyn Museum are about 10 minutes away, and being so near Prospect Park is so lovely!

Roommate: There is one roommate who is a Design Director in her early thirties. She's clean, quiet, and has lived in the apartment for the last 6 years. She likes to cook, go out with friends, and travels a lot.
