You'll be sharing with a great, responsible roommate in his early 30's. Dec 15 move-in is flexible and there might be an opportunity to extend the sublet.

The apartment is centrally located, near McCarren, McGolrick, and Cooper parks with lots of cute dining, cafés & bars. It is walking distance to N/S Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, and 12 mins to Manhattan by train.
