Hi there - I am looking to swap my apartment in Brooklyn, NYC for something similar in Mexico City during the window of January 29th to February 3rd - give or take a few days. Please reach out if you are interested!

Also, I work remotely + travel often and am always interested in swapping for new places. I’d currently be most excited for Vancouver, Seattle, New Orleans, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago and Mexico City.

I can be pretty flexible for the most part with timing and locations, so don’t hesitate to throw something out there and we can be in touch about what might work!

Here's some more about my place:

- whole top floor of a 3-level classic Brooklyn brownstone (there is one set of outside stairs - the stoop - and one staircase inside for accessibility concerns).

- 2 window unit ACs, along with large windows on both ends of the apartment that allow for a nice breeze

- really fast broadband internet, apple tv, and google home to control lights and speakers

- large living, dining, and kitchen areas + bedroom with queen size bed

The apartment is on a residential block in a very Brooklyn-feeling neighborhood. It's half a block from a grocery store, 2 blocks from an amazing coffee shop, 2 blocks from the local R train, about 10 minutes from the express train, and one block to laundromat. The apartment is surrounded by some great bars and restaurants (a brewery on the same street) - along with a gorgeous Manhattan-view park all within ten minutes. Industry City is about a 15 minute walk away that has all kinds of shops and bars and restaurants - including Japan Village, and sake and whiskey distilleries.

The apartment is very clean and spacious (~1000 square feet), and no pets allowed (I’m happy to care for yours though!). I do have a good amount of plants that might need watering depending on the length of stay, but I also have someone that can come and do it during a time that is not disruptive.
