Hello there! Renting out my beautiful 1 bed/1 bath Beachwood apartment for the month of July. Open to possibly extending it into August as well.

This apartment is in the heart of LA close to Beachwood Drive and Scenic - adjacent to Hollywood, but also the east side - Franklin Canyon, Los Feliz, Silverlake - as well as the valley. Walkable to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and stores - including the famous Beachwood Cafe. There are gorgeous hikes, nature all around, and the community is wonderful - in my opinion this is the best neighborhood in LA!

The apartment is furnished and has lovely 1950's charm with the classic vintage LA tiled kitchen and bathroom in a nice green hue. Hardwood floors, tons of light, plants, wifi, shared washer/dryer in the building. It's a nice big 700 sqft. and is gated with small but lush rose garden outside (including my own herb garden). Dogs are welcome!

This downstairs unit feels very secluded, and there are a couple steps to get up to the unit but no ramp unfortunately.
