We are subletting our fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment from April 26th until July 31st, but we have some flexibility for move-in/move-out dates.

- In-unit washer & drier.

The building offers phenomenal amenities, including a rooftop, a gym and a co-working space.

The apartment is very conveniently located, very close to the Harlem 125th St - Metro North Station and the 125th St stop of the 2/3/4/5/6 subway lines, as well as a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's. Central Park is located within a 15-minute walk.

Utilities (hot water, electricity, high-speed WiFi) are included in the price.

We are a couple and our 2 year old toddler We are from Catalunya but have been living in NYC for 5 years now. We love spending time in the city as well as going back home to spend time with family, and we work remotely.

We live in this space and would like to find someone respectful who will take good care of it in during our summer absence.
