Rent is $1775 per month plus shared utilities (approx $125 in the summer) - the landlord pays heat & hot water and we pay electric, gas, and WiFi. We would also expect you to pay at security deposit - also $1775, and $200 for the (very nice & basically brand new!) wall unit AC in the room, or you can seek out your own AC solution.
Please expect to provide proof of income for our landlord.
