It has a gorgeous fully fenced-in private garden with fruit trees, an outdoor lounge, and a dining area with a BBQ. Your private hideaway, in the heart of Echo Park, just around the corner from all the best shops, restaurants, and cafes. Extremely walkable neighborhood: Short blocks from Cookbook, Bacetti Restaurant, Canyon Coffee, Lassen's, Friday afternoon Farmer's market, Elysian Park for hiking, or Echo Park Lake for swan boat riding.


Super clean, comfortable, and peaceful. New queen-sized bed. Very large closets, and a small work-from-home office. Fast internet with a modem inside of the apartment. Private laundry on premises. There is a bath and shower with good water pressure and instant hot water. Brand new heating and A/C system is efficient and quiet. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, linens, dishes, cutlery, cookware, small appliances, etc.

Includes one parking spot.

I’m a film & video-based artist who splits my time between Vancouver Canada and Los Angeles US (both wonderful and inspiring cities).

My home is my heart and creative sanctuary and I love being able to share it with people who will cherish it as much as I do.

The space is clean and quiet and the neighbours are lovely. I will be the main contact person and will be showing the place to you, in person, or we can set up a FaceTime or Google Meets if you are not in the city to view. My pronouns are she/they.
