Hi! I’m subletting my bungalow ranch style single family 2 bedroom house this summer in Brighton Beach – for all of June, July, and August. I've lived here for 10+ years. It’s a great place for an artist to live and work, or anyone looking to live by the beach while being able to commute to work in the city this summer. I am looking for one subletter to rent the house for the entire duration (3 months), but am open to discussing alternatives.

The house includes:
2 bedrooms - one currently used as a studio not in pictures here( has two single beds for it)
Kitchen
Dining room
Living room + tv, books, records, tapes, bluetooth
Sun room + with a 2 tier organ in it, + plants and books
AC mini split
WiFi and cable
Greenhouse fun to mess around in with grown stuff or art things.
Flower garden many perennials will be coming in coon with grape vines in a fenced-in wrap around yard. you can plant your own or just watch stuff grow.
Covered clear roof outdoor dining/sitting area. Large table to eat and work at, with couch, chairs, etc.
Driveway for 1 car
Washing machine (no dryer but there is a clothes line)
Kayak - can be used in Coney Island creek etc.
Pet friendly
bikes available

The house is located:
2 blocks from the boardwalk/ocean ( I swim everyday in summer)
1 block from B Q train
45min train ride to Manhattan

Many grocery stores nearby, some open 24/7
And lots of other fun stuff in Brighton Beach

This is ground floor house with no steps to get in. Would accommodate a wheelchair.
This place would be ideal for 2 artists or a couple looking for a live/work set up and great summer space. Either use both bedrooms, turn one into a studio, or set up on the patio. I’ve created a lot of great stuff here and definitely find it inspiring :)
