There is laundry, dishwasher, wifi, AC/rad heating. This is perfect for 2 people or a family. Mid-century modern design, with vintage lamps, lots of plants and art collected from travels all of the world.

I am splitting my time between Brooklyn and Peru and will be away for the winter. I'm very close with my neighbors and will introduce you to them so you are included in the community of our brownstone neighborhood.
