Its in Crown Heights, 2 blocks from the 2/5, and 4 blocks from the 3/4 - very easy to get into manhattan, and also Brooklyn-bound buses are right outside. 3rd floor walk up.

I work in the film industry and travel back and forth between the east and west coast with my little hypo allergenic dog. I keep my place clean and cozy, and love to work from home. I have a few plants in the apartment that I would love if they could be watered every so often but other than that want it to be enjoyed while Im gone!
