I’m a Brooklyn based moss artist, who is looking to sublet her apartment throughout the month of April! I’ve got a lot going on in April, and would love to supplement some of my moss material expenses- by loaning you this space.

My apartment has a desk by the window, a full size bed & a couch with a projector. The kitchen has a table that seats 2, microwave, oven, & a fridge.

I’ll provide grocery basics in the fridge: fruits, veggies, snacks, & ingredients for a pasta dinner or two- as well as fresh towels(wash cloths, face towels, body towels).

This space is a 12 minute walk to Prospect Park, 7 minute walk to the Supermarket, a 7 minute walk to the B/Q trains, and several buses within a 5 minute walk. Plus, there are several cafés, restaurants/bars, theatre's, and shops within walking distance as well.

I’m flexible with desired rental dates and renting the space for the weekend is an option as well.
