Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is one of the oldest in the neighborhood, built in 1899. Our property is a Historic property, a certified Wildlife Habitat, and we are on the trajectory of becoming a zero waste property. We are leaving for a one year sabbatical and subletting for 12-15+ months while we are away.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with tv and a hi-fi sound system. The primary bedroom is has a Queen size bed and is very bright and airy. The 2nd bedroom is setup for our son who is 8 and has a lofted twin bed with a desk underneath. The third bedroom we use as an office/guest room. There is an additional bedroom/office which can be made available for a fee if need be. The living room is spacious with lots of windows and a split unit ac. There is a large front porch with a breakfast table and porch swing.

The back yard is huge (1/2 acre!) with a hammock, kids swing, playhouse, trampoline, fire pit, and garden. Plenty of off street parking as well.

There is also a furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage behind the main house which is available to rent as well.

About This Lister

We are two artists, a filmmaker/visual artist and a musician, and Professor. Together we have a 8 year old son (a budding artist himself!) We love to travel together by bicycle, swim, hike and explore new places together.
