This apartment is located on the 3rd floor (a very easy two flights of stairs to walk up). I've lived here for a few years now and love how quiet and easy it is to travel around New York. Everything from CVS, Whole Foods, Equinox, UPS, and Central Park are all within walking distance. We're tucked away on a quiet street so noise has never been an issue (and i'm a light sleeper).
