The upper main level of the house is available on a short-term basis. rentable space consists of a primary bedroom with a very comfy queen size bed, guest bedroom/office with a small double bed, full bathroom, large eat-in kitchen, living and dining rooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunlit balcony off the primary bedroom or in the terraced garden. The property runs street-to-street and there is ample street parking either in front or in back. Close to Trader Joe's, Target, Von's and an eclectic variety of great restaurants and cafés, yoga/pilates studios, Rose Bowl and more. Minutes from Pasadena, South Pasadena, Chinatown and downtown Los Angeles. The surrounding natural landscapes give the feeling of being in the country, but the location offers all of the benefits of the vibrant cultural scene of Highland Park/Eagle Rock.
