The bedrooms:
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet and dresser and AC, with blackout linen curtains.

The guest room has a double bed and linen closet and dresser.

The third bedroom is a toddler's bedroom with a normal twin-sized bed.

Air purifiers in every room in the apartment.

Baby/toddler things:
Toys, books, musical instruments, and a stokke high chair!

The office:
Work from home in comfort, or write an inspired novel! The office has many many books and a desk that converts to a standing desk. The wifi is super speedy.

The kitchen and living room:
This combo room is the biggest room in the apartment and comes with a big dining room table and a toddler Stokke tripp trapp chair, a breville espresso machine, and anything you could imagine needing to cook or bake a full wedding cake.

The apartment is very clean, and comes furnished. The building only has a handful of apartments in it, and everyone is very respectful.

The neighborhood is wonderful - a wine shop right across the street, great coffee shops and restaurants, and lots of parks and playgrounds in addition to the community garden a block away. There is also a citi-bike dock right out front.

The apartment is at the corner of Franklin Ave and Lexington.
