The landlord lives in the building and loves to have a small talk when you meet him on the staircase. Our few neighbors we hardly see - it feels you have the whole building for yourself!
Tenants
It's a beautiful apartment. Since this is our home we are looking for responsible people who will enjoy their stay while treating it with respect. No smokers, no pets. We would like to meet you either in person or per video call. References requested and signed sublease agreement. Payment upfront to keep it simple and we require half month security deposit. The security deposit will be held in a checking account and will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure, assuming there are no damages to the place. Electricity is not included. We ask tenants to use our housecleaner for weekly cleaning. Dates are flexible depending on our travel schedule and can be discussed.
