Looking for a February 1 - July 31 subletter for my furnished 1bd apartment in charming and quiet Jackson Heights, Queens.

Rent is $2250 (including utilities). This total includes rent and all utilities, including gas, electricity, and wifi (Verizon Fios High Speed).

My apartment is on the 3rd floor of an elevator building with laundry in basement. There are 5 steps total to get into the building.

This apartment gets both East and West exposures. Bedroom has king sized bed and two closets. There are four other closets in the apartment. I have a large kitchen, great for anyone who likes to cook. The living room has a large sectional couch that can pull out into a full size bed, as well as a WFH office set up complete with a standing desk and walking pad. I also have a dining table that can seat up to 6 people (there is a leaf in closet). Bathroom has a shower tub with glass sliding doors and excellent water pressure. Unit comes with 2 window air conditions that can be installed when the weather warms up.

Closest subways are the 7 at 82nd (6 min walk) and the E/F/M/R/7 at 74th St Roosevelt (15 min walk). I commute into the city for work and it's a breeze. Neighborhood has great restaurants and grocery stores. Travers Park is only a 5 min walk away and I'm around the corner from the 34th Avenue
(an open streets coalition). My neighborhood is charming and quiet, mostly older people and families with kids.
