This cozy 1 Bedroom apartment in the Two Bridges / Chinatown area of lower Manhattan puts you in the heart of prime NYC.
This charming fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment will be a home away from home for your flexible dates. I travel a lot and it seems like a huge shame the space isn’t used to its full potential! So very flexible. Let me know your dates and we’ll set it up!
cost is $800 per week • OR $125 per day • OR $3000 Per Month
The pictures say everything you need to know but we have: Tall ceilings, very comfortable bed, Stocked ready to use kitchen with lovely dining table, Sonos Speaker (**to be used respectfully of neighbors**), Large desk for ample work space, Shower, high speed wifi, living room with couch, closet space. Tv with apps
Other important things to note:
- No Smoking inside the apartment.
- No laundry in building but there's a laundromat just a block away and they have a great same day wash-and-fold service.
-This is a classic downtown **6TH FLOOR WALKUP (NO elevator)** so not wheel chair accessible, but I can be there to help bring up luggage and show you the space upon arrival.
-The Buildings front door is opened with an electronic key fob, which there is only ONE copy of. Its paramount you don’t loose or it will be a MASSIVE inconvenience on your trip. I will not be able to give you a replacement right away.
Easy access to all the subways. Step outside and within 10 minutes walk you can be in Chinatown, Little Italy, Lower East Side, Tribeca, Financial District, or South Street Seaport.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay with fresh bedding and two clean towels ready to go.

Im a common tenant, not a landlord, So I share in good faith! I keep the house neat. He / Him. LGBTQ+ friendly. I am the contact for your stay, but will always try to have someone on hand if there are emergencies you encounter!

There is a security / HOLDING deposit in order to confirm stay.
The deposit hold is on a sliding scale depending on time of stay
DEPOSIT BREAKDOWN
($400) for 1 week
($600) for 2 Weeks
($800) for 3 Weeks
(1K) for 1 month +
DEPOSIT HOLD is returned AS SOON AS you successfully check out - House in tact! - I Have a document ill sign for your protection to get deposit back.
** if you confirm and put in a hold deposit - and then later cancel before dates.. i will only be able to return half deposit, as will have lost out on other potential guests.
-This is a multi generational family building so we MUST be very respectful of noise and sound especially during late hours. This means NO parties. This is very important, if I receive complaints of this behavior I will have no choice but to ask you to leave without refund.
