We are leaving town for the summer and are looking to rent our house!

Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (with a clawfoot tub), plus a dedicated office. Currently, one bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second has a twin bed and pullout couch. Office also has a pullout couch, and a crib/toddler bed is available upon request. Recently remodeled kitchen. Large, shady front and back yards. Central heating and air. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, and Metro Gold line. Fully furnished, all utilities paid.

About This Lister

We are originally from Los Angeles and love spending time in the mountains and at the beach. We are pretty minimalistic and tidy. We have a wonderful relationship with our two back tenants who lives on site.
