Hello! I'm an editor who is renting out my room while I am away over Christmas. My pre-war apartment is located in a two story townhouse located 7 minutes from the M train Fresh Pond Street stop. It's just 30 minutes to the city and the train is above ground, so you can enjoy the beautiful views of the city. You'll have a private living room and bedroom. Only one other roommate and they are lovely. Very quiet and respectful and away during the day.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared. I'm looking for someone who is quiet and enjoys the tranquility of the space. To get to the apartment you need to walk up a few steps, so its not wheel-chair accessible, unfortunately. The room has three large windows overlooking garden.

Neighborhood: Ridgewood is my favorite neighborhood in New York. Loads of bars, cafes and restaurants. Our street is quiet, residential and tree-lined. Grocery store is one block away.
