About This Lister

I am a 32-yo craftsperson (studied architecture in college and currently specializing in parchment application in a studio in Newburgh) who moved to Kingston from Brooklyn ten months ago. I also work part time remotely as an SAT/ACT tutor. I was originally a renter in this building until the owners decided to sell a few months ago, and I stepped in. I am very drawn to this particular neighborhood of Kingston, near the water, earth, and history, and gain satisfaction from living on and caretaking for this property.
