Hi everyone, I am looking for a respectful person to sublet my one bedroom walk-up apartment in the East Village, mere blocks from the park and everything the area has to offer.

The building is located on an unusually quiet block nestled in between some luxury buildings and two large Citibike stations, and just around the corner from anything you might possibly want, with great access to LES, SoHo, Williamsburg, and Bushwick. The building is well maintained and overall this is just a nice and respectful place to live.

The apartment is a great option for anyone that works from home: beautiful oak wood flooring, two huge windows facing a community garden in the bedroom, with a living room setup and an excellent working station with monitor, laptop stand and a powered standing desk. Full sized fridge and oven (the kitchen itself is small but functional). Very fast wifi. An actual bath tub. Hue lighting. The apt is fully furnished, and has a ton of closet space.

Utilities are not included, that would be internet and ConEd. Would be great to find someone that would like it for the entire sublet period.
