This cozy and charming studio is in the heart of Park Slope Brooklyn one block away from Prospect Park. It's a quirky and well designed space perfect for a couple or solo subletter. The space is quite small, so it's not suitable for a couple who both need to work remotely. However, if you are solo and need to work, the space converts perfectly into a living/office space during the day. There is an elevator, but there is a small set up steps in the lobby. It's not ideal for wheelchair access. There is coin laundry in the basement.

The apartment is fully furnished including kitchen items and overall well taken care of. I have a lot of reverence for my home and I am seeking a subletter who is respectful, clean, and considerate that this is my home.

This listing price includes all utilities. There are plants that I would ask you to water once a week. No pets. It's not ideal for grown children as the space is one room with a murphy bed and no additional space for an air mattress. I am happy to discuss if you have children and want to see if the space will accommodate your needs.

The neighborhood: You are minutes from shops, restaurants, and the lively Brooklyn night scene on 5th Ave. There is very easy subway access to get you all over the city during your stay. Some highlights within walking distance of the apartment are the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and Prospect Park.
