It is a very walkable, beautiful neighborhood with supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby. Two blocks to B/Q trains (approximately 30 minutes to Manhattan) and B35 bus at Church Avenue. B103 bus and express buses to Manhattan (BM1, BM2, BM3, BM4) two blocks away on Cortelyou Road. Easy commute via bike or public transport to Brooklyn College. Prospect Park and Kings Theatre are also within easy walking or biking distance.

I have owned the apartment since 2006, and I have taken care to make it a comfortable home. I expect my tenant to be quiet, clean, and respectful of my books, art, furniture, kitchenware, etc. The building is friendly and family-oriented. Our live-in superintendent is very responsive to any maintenance issues.

I AM LOOKING FOR A 1 YEAR OR 2 YEAR SUBLET ONLY - NO SHORT TERM. It is a co-op building, so prospective tenants will need to apply through the building management company. The application is $350 and requires a credit check and references. There is typically a 2-3 week turnaround for approval. Once approved, the first month’s rent and a one month security deposit in the same amount are required up front. The security deposit cannot be used as the last month’s rent. You will receive the security deposit back at the end of the rental term once the keys are returned and the apartment is deemed to be in good condition. NO PETS ALLOWED.
