It is a very walkable, beautiful neighborhood with supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby. Two blocks to B/Q trains (approximately 30 minutes to Manhattan) and B35 bus at Church Avenue. B103 bus and express buses to Manhattan (BM1, BM2, BM3, BM4) two blocks away on Cortelyou Road. Easy commute via bike or public transport to Brooklyn College. Prospect Park and Kings Theatre are also within easy walking or biking distance.

I expect my tenant to be quiet, clean, and respectful of my books, art, furniture, kitchenware, etc. The building is friendly and family-oriented. Our live-in superintendent is very responsive to any maintenance issues.
