The flat is a junior one-bedroom, with curtains dividing the rooms and is very dark when sleeping. It's off the street so it’s quiet and you will sleep well. There is also a bathtub in the kitchen, as it’s a tenement.

Very close to many great places to eat, many bars, venues and always live music for free in Tompkins Square Park, which has a farmer's market on Sundays. Union Square Subway station with multiple markets and Whole Foods is a short walk/bus away.

Walking distance to all of downtown Manhattan, L train on the corner, short train ride to many places in Brooklyn. Half block from Target on the corner and one block from Trader Joe's. 24 hour market in-between. Ideal location.
