My partner and I are longtime residents of the area where Silverlake meets Virgil Village and are looking for a reliable and responsible person to sublet our fully furnished studio for 1-2 months with the possibility to renew for longer.

Dates are somewhat flexible, We just really would like to see the space occupied by February 15th if possible.

We currently do not have parking, but it’s fairly easy to find parking in during business hours. There is also a paid lot across the street from my place that allows you to pay a flat monthly rate to park, and your vehicle would be under supervision of a parking attendant.

As far as the neighborhood goes, there are tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. Erewhon, Alma’s Cider & Beer, Sqirl, Real Charmer Bar, Courage Bagels, and Good Friend Coffee to name a few.
