I’m excited to share that my apartment is currently getting a fresh coat of paint and some redecorating, and I’d love for you to come check it out in person!

This charming studio on the Upper East Side has high ceilings and a huge private backyard—perfect for enjoying some fresh air. You’ll be just a short walk from the Q and 456 trains, the 86th St Crosstown bus, and the ferry to Brooklyn, Astoria, or Downtown Manhattan. Plus, Central Park is only a few blocks away, and Carl Schurz Park is even closer, so you’ll have plenty of green space nearby. The neighborhood also has some fantastic bars and restaurants to explore!

I’ll be in Europe for a couple of weeks, so I’d like to arrange a viewing in the next few days. I prefer meeting in person over video walk-throughs, as I’d love to get to know you a bit! I’m looking for someone who’s quiet, responsible, and drama-free—no pets or parties, please.

I’ll take care of the internet and gas/electric bills, so you can settle in without any hassle.
