Hi there!
This charming studio on the Upper East Side has high ceilings and a huge private backyard—perfect for enjoying some fresh air.
The location is unbeatable: just a short stroll to the Q and 456 trains, the 86th St Crosstown bus, and the ferry to Brooklyn, Astoria, or Downtown Manhattan. Central Park is just a few blocks away, and Carl Schurz Park is even closer—plenty of green space to unwind in. The neighborhood also offers amazing bars and restaurants to explore!
I’ll be in Europe for a couple of months and would love to arrange a viewing as soon as possible. I much prefer meeting in person over a video walk-through, as I’d love to get to know you better! I’m looking for someone who’s responsible, quiet, and drama-free—no pets or parties, please—and ideally someone who can commit to the entire summer.
I’ll cover the internet, and we would split the gas/electric bills (usually around $35 per person, though it may be a bit higher during the warmer months), so you can move in without any worries.
I look forward to meeting you soon!
And hello again!
I’m a journalist, and I’ll be out of town for a few months. I really love my apartment and would like to find someone who is quiet, neat, and a good communicator to take care of it while I'm away. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is drama-free and honest (it's wild out there, friends...)
If you think you might be a good fit, I’d love to meet you in person to chat and show you the space. Looking forward to connecting!
