Hello! I'm seeking a subletter between March 23 and May 23 (**DATES CAN BE SOMEWHAT FLEXIBLE**) for my studio apartment in Yorkville/UES.

My studio is very clean and fully furnished (couch, small table, stools, desk + desk chair -- you're welcome to use my external monitor for an ideal WFH setup!, full-size bed, two closets), with an A/C unit in window, heating, and a fully-stocked kitchen with gas stove. I'm on the 4th floor, no elevator.

There's a laundromat for the building located just around the corner. All utilities and high-speed internet included! I do have a few low-maintenance plants which like water every two weeks or so ;)

The apartment is in an historic building from 1906 a few minutes by foot to Carl Schurz Park and the river promenade, and about a 20 minute walk to Central Park and Museum Mile. A number of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, etc are in close proximity.

My building is clean and very well taken care of with a highly responsive building manager. My neighbors are kind and quiet, and I'm looking for someone who will be as well.

A number of transit options are nearby: 72nd St (Q); 77th St (6), 86th St (Q/4/5/6); M79, M15/M15-SBS; M31.

I'm a PhD candidate who is abroad for research. I really love this apartment and have put a lot of effort into making it cozy, and am hoping to find someone who will take good care of it while I'm away.

I'm the primary tenant and the contact for the space if you have questions during your stay, and my building managers are super responsive and wonderful should you need help with anything.
