A fully furnished, cozy studio apartment on a tree-lined street in the heart of Gramercy that includes ALL utilities: WIFI, heat, water, gas, and electricity.

The space is light-filled with hardwood floors and has living room with a desk and work area, a full kitchen and full bath with a full-sized tub. I absolutely love the neighborhood (tons of restaurants, cafés, etc.) and the quiet building (3rd floor walk-up). Laundromat next door!
The kitchen is south facing, so it is very sunny and warm all the time. The bedroom is facing the inner court and so there is no noise from the street will be heard in the bedroom.

Who I am looking for:
I’m looking for one responsible, quiet, clean, non-smoking individual who will be respectful to my space and will treat it like their own place. Preferred creatives / professionals who are easy going.

I am happy to answer any questions about the apartment, building, or neighborhood.
