i am looking for someone responsible, communicative, and tidy to look after and stay at my studio while i am traveling. it is on a quiet street and is a clean, warm space that receives a lot of light, something i find so important during the winter. the neighborhood has everything you might need - great cafes, HVK park nearby, local spots i love. it will just be you in the space, so no roommates! couples can inquire

* dates: NOW (yes-when you are reading this!)-dec 19 but possible to extend to jan 5
* live-in super (really helpful and responsive)
* dekalb / spencer court (1 block from bedford ave/nostrand ave, 4 min walk to bedford nostrand G train)
* 4th floor walkup, no elevator
* furnished
* lots and lots of light
* no pets (sadly!)
* no smoking cigarettes inside
* heat in bldg
* no laundry in bldg but is 2 blocks away
* there is street parking but check for parking rules - i don't park myself
