One bedroom, cozy apartment with lounge and kitchen available in the heart of Neukölln, Berlin, just off Weserstrasse.

Neukölln is a vibrant neighborhood, and Weserstrasse is lined with a great selection of cafes and bars. Notably nearby is the famous queer café, K-Fetish if that’s your thing ;)

The apartment consists of two separate rooms, one small bedroom with a large bed, a living room with a dining table, desk, sofa, colorful lighting and flowers. And a separate kitchen and bathroom with a shower.

Our apartment is a minute's walk from the Canal, and a 10-minute walk to the Rathaus Neukölln metro station on the U7 line, with convenient bus access via the M43 and M29 lines.

Despite its central location, the apartment is part of an annexe (which is off the main highstreet) on the second floor (US first floor), ensuring a quiet retreat away from street noise.

The apartment is well organized and we’re both very tidy. Fresh bedding and towels will be provided we will share our clean and comfortable home suited for both work and relaxation for your stay in Berlin.

Features include high-speed internet at 1000mb/sec, a projector with Netflix and Mubi access, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and juicer.

We are keen on short rental periods - we are often not in Berlin and we can rent on different dates - write to us about availability.

November from 18-25 is definitely free, then from December 1-10, New Year's Eve and Christmas too!
