My home is a charming, light-filled, 1000 sq ft 2 bed/1 bath 1940s Spanish bungalow that offers comfort and character in a trendy Venice neighborhood. You will have the entire property to yourself.

Bedrooms: A beautifully appointed bedroom; that has a king-size Avocado mattress with French doors that open directly onto the backyard, providing a lovely view and easy outdoor access. The detached ADU can be used as a second bedroom if needed, with a skylight, windows, and french doors opening onto the backyard.
Living Spaces: The house includes a cozy living room with a large TV equipped with most streaming channels, gas fireplace, Sonos speakers, and a separate dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors: The front yard features a shaded garden, while the spacious backyard offers a private, peaceful oasis with a vegetable and herb garden, a patio with a picnic table and Adirondack chairs, a lawn, and mature trees—including a towering redwood. You’ll enjoy the fresh ocean air as you dine outdoors or unwind in the sun, making it a true retreat within the city.
Amenities: You’ll have everything you need like high-speed internet, washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and two off-street parking spaces.
Location Highlights: Nestled in a friendly and quiet neighborhood in East Venice, the house is within walking distance of markets, cafes, bars, and shops. It's conveniently a 20-minute drive from LAX, close to the boutiques on Abbot Kinney, and a 10-minute bike ride or 5-minute drive to the beach.

$2,100 per week with a one-week minimum stay
Deposit: $500 (Returned one week after your stay, pending any damages)
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due two weeks before your arrival. I accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc.
