*Flexible dates*, as I am planning on being out of town and looking for a clean, respectful and quiet person (one person, not two!) to sublet my space while I am away! I included a large date range here because my schedule is flexible, but my preference is to rent my apartment for 1 weeks+. The most important thing to me is finding the right person, though! My apartment is only suitable for one person!

A quintessential West Village apartment located on a quiet block in the heart of the West Village on the second floor of a walkup building. Exposed brick throughout the apartment livens the apartment with character, while providing you with a comfortable and quiet place to relax and unwind after a busy New York day!

Steps away from the city’s best restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. In addition, the Hudson waterfront is three blocks away, you are five minutes from Washington Square Park and NYU’s campus, and steps to SoHo, Greenwich Village, Chelsea and TriBeCa.

The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized memory foam bed and down filled mattress topper. There can be closet space available if needed. There is a brand new AC unit in the bedroom.

In the living room, there is a comfortable couch, but please note, there is no dining table, desk, or other seating! There is hi-speed internet, but no television!

There are no laundry facilities in the building, but there are plenty of laundry drop-off services only a block away.
