My partner is the unit landlord. We used to live here and cherish the apartment, the building and the location so much! I work in documentary films, and my partner works in audio engineering and music production. We live twenty minutes from WeHo (in Silverlake) and work from home, so we are always available to answer calls and care to any needs both in person and remotely. We felt like we were living in a hotel when we were living there, and we want to pass that feeling on to all of our guests!

If renting monthly, $4,200 (first month's rent) + $2,000 deposit due 48 hours before arrival.
If renting weekly, $970 + deposit of $500 due 48 hours before arrival.
A one-time $150 cleaning fee will be added to the lease.
