Rental requirements
We are looking for a single person or a couple who can take good care of our apartment while we are away. We are looking for someone to rent our space for the duration of the three months that we are away. No pets allowed.
We would initially like to schedule a Zoom call to meet the potential subletters and can then show the apartment after the initial Zoom meeting.
We will request a deposit of one month's rent and two references for the sublet.
